Crime Statistics

Each year since 1969, the University Police Department has published a complete report on the level and type of crime on campus; the figures for the last three years are reproduced in the chart titled Campus Crimes. Crimes at off-campus locations occupied or used primarily by students as reported by the Athens-Clarke County Police Department are listed in the chart titled Off-Campus Crimes. The number of reports of alcohol, drug and weapons violations which were referred to the UGA Student Judiciary during 2009, 2010, and 2011 is contained in a third chart titled Non-arrest violation referrals to the Office of Student Conduct.
